The paper discusses the features of the development of the information economy in Russia. The analysis of the current stage of development. Software market in 2011 grew by 23.8% and amounted to $ 162 million major share of the Russian market controlled by big international suppliers .

This article is devoted to the analytical determination of deflections of beams with corrugated web. The reduced shear modulus which must be considered when determining the components deflection from of the shear strain in the beam with corrugated web is defined. Applying the energy method in the form of the Ritz, the problem of determining deflections with considering of bending strain and shear strain is solved. This article, as an example, is considered simply supported beam on both sides of constant and variable cross-section and are given to the final formulas according with three kinds of loading. The results of the calculation of the numerical examples for the three main shapes of corrugated web are submitted. Numerical results with great accuracy are consistent with calculations based on the finite element method.

The possibilities of waveguide elements realization in the structure of multilayered integrated chips of centimeter and millimeter ranges with SIW (Substrate Integrated Waveguide)-technology application are considered. The approaches allowing effectively using in new structures the algorithms and techniques of the electrodynamic analysis and synthesis of passive devices on classical all-metal waveguides are offered. Advantages of use in SIW structure the waveguides of complex cross-section are considered on the example of the microwave band-pass filter.

Laboratory technology was developed to fabricate flexible piezocomposites with ferroelectric phase - polymers having signal reception factorv • gv 5000 • 10-15 m2 / N. The values of the given coefficient were achieved by switching from a probabilistic (spontaneous) percolation to a correlated one in the process of forming material. This made the production of 0-1–3 piezocomposites, in which a part of piezophase has 0 connectivity, and the other part – 1 connectivity possible. To improve the efficiency of piezocomposite polarization before their manufacturing the surface of piezophase particles, which were obtained by the partial destruction of the porous frameworks, was treated with coupling agent, which did not only improve the polymer adhesion to piezophase, but also allowed the removal of water from the particle surface. The latter effect reduced the value of interfacial conductivity, i.e. prevented the voltage drop of the polarizing field. Matching of polymer conductivity and piezoceramic particles by determining the optimal polarization temperature was carried out as well.

At the end of 2012 – the middle of 2013 pilot questioning among RGSU students was carried out. In total more than 330 students of the first and second courses were interrogated. The work purpose – measurement of dynamics of an emotional component of group installations in relation to a political order. The emotional component of group political installation was measured on technology of semantic differential. It was offered to estimate to respondents on 20 bimodal scales four types political about. Two ideal – ideally positive and ideally negative orders. And two real – local and central. In the linear approximation calculated levels of emotional perception of the political order in the vicinity of the averaged image of the real image of the ideal order to constructs used in the space of features. Perception of an order at the end of 2012 in Region: -0,21892, in Russia: -0,24154 . To the middle of 2013 level of perception decreased: in Region: -0,59429, in Russia: -0,43879 . For the considered period level of a relative deprivation also was analysed: in 2012 level is equal 0,523 and in 2013 made 0,555. Thus, to the middle of 2013 there is a small increase in level of a deprivation that correlates with deterioration of perception of a political order among youth.

The establishment of automated air monitoring systems is a promising way of the air monitoring devices development. The comparative analysis of literature has shown that thin films based on semiconductor metal oxides are effective and widely used material for air monitoring systems creation. In order to create effective and more sensitive sensors it is important to research processes that occur on the surface of the gas sensitive material when it contacts with different substances. The processes that proceed on the surface of gas sensitive material based on SiO2SnOxCuOy during the interaction with molecules of nitrogen dioxide. Quantum chemical calculations have shown that there are three possible mechanisms of interaction between the molecules of nitrogen dioxide with a surface of gas sensitive material.

Cracking of reinforced-concrete elements with holes is examined. Comparison of theoretical and experiment moments of crack’s formation during torsion, and during intensive torsion with twist. Formula for practical calculations of cracking of reinforced-concrete elements with holes during torsion and formula for estimate of cracking of reinforced-concrete elements with holes during intensive torsion with twist is suggested.
