  • Aspects of Managing Traffic Flow Modeling Processes for Municipalities in Small Cities

A current method for finding optimal solutions for urban traffic management is modeling, including traffic micromodeling. Micromodeling is understood as simulation modeling of a section of the street-road network with a level of detail down to an individual vehicle within specialized software. The article addresses the issue of managing the traffic organization process using micromodeling at the municipal level. In smaller cities, executive authorities may lack specialized experts in traffic flow micromodeling. This article formalizes approaches for conducting research on traffic organization micromodeling in street-road network sections. It also formalizes methods for managing the traffic modeling organization process at the municipal level. As a solution to the problem under consideration, it is proposed to apply the mechanism of the organizational-administrative management method "cross-control" with mutual verification of one executor by another within the framework of contractual relations between the municipality and contractors.

  • A fuzzy comparison method for managing the functioning of an organizational system

Modern digitalization processes involve the use of intelligent systems at key stages of information processing. Given that the data available for intelligent analysis in organizational systems are often fuzzy, there is a problem of comparing the corresponding units of information with each other. There are several known methods for such a comparison. In particular, for random fuzzy variables with known distribution laws, the degree of coincidence of these distribution laws can be used as a criterion for the correspondence of one random variable to another. However, this approach does not have the necessary flexibility required to solve practical problems. The approach we propose allows you to compare fuzzy, fuzzy and clear, as well as clear and clear data. The paper will provide an example illustrating this approach. The material presented in the study was initially focused on managing organizational systems in education. However, its results can be extended to other organizational systems.

  • Software for the operator identification subsystem in a mobile simulator based on a neural network

The article presents the results of a study devoted to the development of an identification subsystem for an industrial process operator in a mobile simulator used for training and monitoring professional skills. The functional requirements for the operator identification subsystem based on neural network technologies, the processes of user interaction with the personality recognition subsystem, and loading a reference image for further identification of the operator during training and monitoring on the simulator are formalized using visual models in UML notation. A prototype of the subsystem has been developed based on the Kotlin programming language and the TensorFlow library. The developed image analysis subsystem has a high speed of face detection and initialization, reaching less than 0.5 s, which makes it especially effective for real-time tasks where performance plays a key role. Local data processing on mobile devices ensures protection of user privacy by eliminating data transfer to remote servers, which minimizes the risks of information leaks. Optimization of power consumption ensures long-term operation on devices with limited battery capacity, which makes the system convenient and practical to use. The considered subsystem is planned to be adapted for monitoring the formation of skills for working on equipment during operator training on mobile simulators. The subsystem, based on VR/AR technologies, as well as a trained neural network, will analyze data on user reactions in real time.

  • Organizational and technological approaches in the process of designing objects to be reconstructed

The article discusses the issues of organizational and technological approaches in the design of facilities to be reconstructed. During the operation of buildings, the reliability of their structures is subject to cyclical changes. The dynamics of loads, as well as damage resulting from operation, can have a significant impact on the strength and durability of construction facilities. The reasons for the technical inspection during reconstruction are analyzed. The diagnosis of structural failure is analyzed. In most cases, emergencies are the result of missed errors at the design stage of the project, construction of the construction site and its operation. To minimize such risks, additional measures are being implemented aimed at quality control at all stages - from design to commissioning. A number of conditions have been identified under which most defects in the design and operation of structures can be prevented even at the stage of development of the reconstruction project.

  • Organizational and technological approaches to mathematical modeling and forecasting of construction site accident risk

This article discusses effective ways and means for analyzing the condition of real estate objects, as well as predicting changes in their operational properties over time. These approaches open up prospects for improving the accuracy of predictions of wear patterns of both physical and functional components, as well as the aging of building structures, structures and engineering systems. Ultimately, this helps to maintain the proper level of their work and ensure high-quality functioning. Considerable attention is also paid to the general kinetic theory of structural wear of construction facilities, as it is known that this theory makes it possible to assess the corresponding reliability risks with fairly high accuracy, depending on the service life of the building structures of the facility. As a research tool, it is proposed to use a universal mathematical model of wear, which illustrates the dynamics of the processes of structuring and destruction of building systems throughout their entire service life. The model reflects the constant interaction of the structure with long-term impact factors. A statistical model has also been developed to determine the probability of the transition of building elements to a state of destruction due to the influence of adverse factors, which is directly related to the loss of their reliability.

  • Organizational and technological solutions for identifying the interdependencies between the flow parameters and the cost of work

The article discusses the relationship between the parameters of the construction flow and the cost of work. A key aspect of the process of increasing profits, minimizing costs and improving the characteristics of products is the justification of the timing of the construction of facilities. Estimating the duration and cost of work enables the decision maker to come to more informed business decisions. The estimated construction estimate does not include all the organizational, technological and financial costs of the construction company. The costs of planned downtime of performers and the front of work, improving the quality of construction products, etc. are not taken into account. The primary task is to systematize the correlation of dependencies between the parameters of the construction flow, namely the duration, number of participants and individual stages of construction work, their intensity and degree of workload of performers, and on the other hand, the cost of construction with different approaches to organization construction processes and works. Relationships and dependencies between flow parameters and costs have been established.
